HISTORY

In the spring of 1976, the Alcona Minor Soccer League (A.M.S.L.) was conceived to meet the growing needs of an expanding community with no minor sports program during the summer season. The vision of its founders was simple: to provide a fun, healthy, community enhancing outlet for area children with minimum expense and inconvenience for parents.

In 2001, the AMSL transitioned into Innisfil Soccer Club (ISC) and in 2002, “Stampeders" was chosen to epitomize the spirit of the club. From its inception with 8 teams, soccer has now grown to become the most popular sport in Innisfil; the club is the largest non-profit in Innisfil and the third largest soccer club in Huronia District.

Now in its 6th decade, the Innisfil Soccer Club provides Soccer to over 1000 players of all ages from U3 to Adult. It is committed to advancing this beautiful game in this beautiful community.
