General Information

  • 2023 Outdoor Summer  House League Early Bird price now OPEN
  • Registration fee includes a 12  session program plus uniform kit,  a season end banquet game for the U4/U5/U6 teams, and BBQ where trophies or medallions will be given out
  • Player Skill testing cards and Individual  player development sessions will be available on our online library
  • Players are responsible to have shin guards at each game and cleats are recommended
  • Any volunteer coaches that are interested in coaching in the 2023 House league program can contact david@innisfilsoccer.ca
  • Coaching clinics will be available for anyone interested in coaching twice monthly from April 2023, there is also an online week by week library live on our new website under coaching Info for all ISC coaches. 
  • Volunteer coaches and assistant coaches are needed in all age groups; Innisfil Soccer will help you train your players through our 12 session training program.
  • All coaches will be provided with a step by step coaching book that helps explain many of the first time coaching issues that may occur.
  • There is a meet and greet for all players and parents to meet your coach prior to the season kick off, where uniforms and information will be handed out.

 

  • shinpads are mandatory; cleats are optional but recommended (no jewellery)
  • U4 , U5 & U6 programs offer  co-ed options
  • Games are played on Statutory holidays such as Victoria Day, Canada and the Civic holiday
  • In the case of rain, please check the Home page for field closures which are posted as soon as possible.  If the field status is OPEN, please proceed to your game.

Innisfil Soccer Club Summer

Recreational Program

 Mini- kickers program U4  -  U5  -  U6

All sessions will be based of the provisional phase, and will follow the government protocol.

 

The Innisfil Mini-Kickers program provides a curriculum framework for children born in 2019 to  2017 focusing on:

Developing

·         Physical Literacy Skills

·         Emotional, personal and social development

·         Individual ball mastery

·         Cognitive Development

Young players will be exposed to the Worlds #1 coaching skills method by CSA and UEFA qualified Coaching Instructors. Participation in this program will assist children in developing positive self-esteem; promote a healthy attitude towards physical activity as well as developing basic physical literacy and ball skills.

Training Overview

 

Ball mastery – Exercises where players work alone using the ball with high repetition of touches, including moves to change direction, running with the ball, and shooting.

Physical literacy – Fun games incorporating game specific movements Small sided games – 1v1 2v2 3v3 and 4v4 games

Cost: $200 for 15 sessions  Including Kit ( shorts, socks and top )
