Sponsorship

If you are interested in sponsoring a team for our 2011 season, please email the following information to the Innisfil Soccer Club.

• Contact Name
• Address, City, Postal Code
• Phone and Fax Number
• Email and Website Address

Please also include the following relevant information:

• Colour of uniform (1st, 2nd and 3rd choice)
  Note: 12-18 age group uniforms are available only in Navy Blue
• Age Division: choice of 5-11 mixed, 12-18 girls and 12-18 boys
• If you are sponsoring your child's team, please include their name and age.
• If you are coaching or assistant coaching the team, please specify.
• Email and Website Address

The cost for sponsoring a house league team (5 - 11 years) or a travel league team (12-18 years) is $325.00.

Should you choose to sponsor a team, we will place your logo on all the team jerseys. Your business information, including website address will be posted on our website and you will receive a team plaque with photo.

If you wish to contribute to our end of year banquet by providing refreshments, prizes, etc., please let us know.
