"Women In Coaching" Program is geared for females aged 16 and older.
There will be theory and practical coaching clinics run by the Club Head Coach. While apprenticing, each female Coach will be placed to work alongside a Mentor coach. During that period they will be given feedback and constant support by the Mentor and Club Head Coach. After the mentorship period is done,they could potentially be placed either coaching or assisting in the house league, all star, select, Rep, Academy Program and Summer Camps.
