New Program Starting 2010
This newly created pilot project is steered towards giving Men and Women aged 17 and older an opportunity to be mentored by an experienced Coach. The selected Mentees will be placed alongside a Mentor Coach for a period of 12 weeks.
During this period they will be given theory and practical coaching clinics. After their period of apprenticing is done with the Mentor coach, they will meet with the Director of Coaching and be given an evaluation. After that, they could potentially be placed either coaching or assisting in the house league, all star, select, Rep, Academy Program and Summer Camps.They can always rely on the Mentor or Director of Coaching for guidance and support while they are learning and gaining experience.
This program is ideal for current or former College& University Players or any other former Soccer players who aspire to coach one day.
This is a wonderful opportunity for young players to give their time and skills back to the game and at the same time gain valuable experience.
